Coral Springs

Homes for sale in Coral Springs 

Fort Lauderdale builders James S. Hunt and Joe Taravella of Coral Ridge Properties made the first land purchase to begin the construction on Coral Springs in 1963. They spent $1 million for almost 4,000 acres of green bean crops and cattle fields which would soon become a beautifully planned city. Coral Springs is now mostly known for it's family-friendly single-family homes communities which often offer gated entrances and luxurious amenities. Coral Springs homes for sale range from modest two bedrooms in the low $200K's all the way up to opulent six bedroom homes over $1.5 million.
